Not sure which Garmin Vivo watch you have?

Confirm whether your device is Vivoactive, Vivomove or VivoFit, then check the exact generation and size.

  1. Check the watch

    Open Settings > System > About and look for the complete device name or Unit ID.

  2. Check Garmin Connect

    Open Garmin Connect, go to Garmin Devices, then select your paired watch to see its product name.

  3. Use the serial number

    Check the watch back, beneath the band or the original box. If needed, enter the 8–9 character serial number in Garmin Support.

Quick fit guide: Vivoactive, Vivomove and VivoFit are separate product families. Match the complete family name, number and any S or size suffix. Always match the complete name shown on your device before shopping.
